In brief: we collect almost nothing
Hardly any information about you reaches this Playfina guide. None of its pages has a registration, a newsletter, a comment field or a contact form, which leaves no place to enter your name, email or phone number. You can read every page without saying who you are.

Server logs are the only record kept
Our server, like nearly all servers, logs every request it serves. Each entry holds the requesting IP address, the date and time, the page asked for, the status code returned and the user-agent string of your device, and none of it reveals your name.
The log serves one purpose, keeping the site working, by revealing pages that break, requests that fail and traffic resembling an attack. It is never sold, never passed to advertisers and never merged with other information about you.
No cookies and no third-party requests
No cookie is placed by playatplayfina.com. That is why no consent banner appears: there is nothing to agree to. Your browser can still store its normal cache of images and style files, and you decide what happens to it.
All fonts and images load from this same domain. No page pulls in outside font libraries, embedded videos or social media widgets, so visiting the site does not pass your IP address to any other company in the background.
One external address appears in the code: BetStop, the national self-exclusion register, as a plain text link. A click on it opens a government website that follows its own privacy rules.
At Playfina, its own privacy policy applies
Join now and similar buttons lead to the /play address of this site, and from there a 301 redirect sends you through a tracking link to Playfina. Search engines are kept away from that path by robots.txt, and the redirect itself leaves no record of you with us.
On the Playfina site, Novatrix SRL processes your data according to its own privacy policy, covering what you enter at sign-up, the ID you upload and your payments. We cannot see any of that data, so read Playfina's policy before opening an account.
Any update to this policy will appear at this address and replace the current text. With no accounts or email addresses on file, we cannot tell you about changes, so return to this page if privacy affects your choice.
