These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Playfina Casino and any related services. By creating an account, depositing funds, or playing any game on the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, do not use the platform.
These Terms work alongside our Privacy Policy and any specific bonus terms attached to individual promotions. Where bonus terms conflict with these general Terms, the bonus terms prevail for the offer in question.

Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date. Each player may hold only one account. Multiple accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.

Before processing your first withdrawal we are required to verify your identity. You will be asked to provide a government-issued photo ID and a recent proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, less than 3 months old). Verification typically completes within 24–48 hours.
We may request additional documentation at any time, including but not limited to source-of-funds evidence for large deposits. Failure to provide reasonable documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit, where technically possible. Where this is not possible (e.g. POLi deposits), funds are returned via bank transfer to an account in your name.
You must wager any deposited funds at least once before requesting a withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw unplayed deposits may result in the withdrawal being voided and processing fees applied.
Bonus Terms (General)
The following terms apply to every bonus on the platform unless the specific promotion states otherwise:
- Wagering requirement of 35x the bonus amount must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn
- Maximum bet during active wagering: AU$5 per spin or AU$5 per hand
- Bonus funds expire 30 days after activation if wagering is not completed
- Free spin winnings convert to bonus funds and are subject to the same wagering

- Only one active bonus per account at a time
- Playfina reserves the right to void bonuses obtained through bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or breach of these Terms
Bonus abuse includes (but is not limited to) opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, exceeding the maximum bet rule, betting on opposite outcomes in a single game, or any pattern of play designed solely to clear wagering with minimal risk.
Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances:
- Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to interact with games or the platform
- Exploiting bugs, errors, or glitches in games or payment systems
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage
- Money laundering, fraud, chargebacks, or any unlawful financial activity
- Misrepresenting your identity, age, or country of residence
- Using the account of another person without authorisation
- Threatening, abusive, or offensive behaviour toward staff or other players
Responsible Gambling

Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if it has not been logged into for 12 consecutive months. Dormant accounts may be charged a monthly maintenance fee of AU$5 deducted from the balance until the account is reactivated, the balance is exhausted, or you submit a withdrawal request.
Before any dormancy fee is charged, you will receive an email notification giving you 30 days to log in and avoid the fee.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Where changes materially affect your rights or obligations, we will notify you by email and require you to acknowledge the new Terms before continuing to use the platform.
Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account and withdraw any remaining balance subject to standard withdrawal terms.
Dispute Resolution

Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the amount of your net deposits during that period.
