Playfina VIP program: the first 710 XP
The Playfina VIP program starts small: 5 XP takes you to level 1 and pays 50 free spins. Level 10 needs 710 XP in total and pays 60.
After that the published table stops, and the ladder runs on to level 175. Every level belongs to one of seven statuses, and the status sets your rate on the weekly rakeback and the monthly cashback, explained on the Playfina cashback page. On top of the ladder sits the VIP Lounge, which works by invitation and personal contact rather than by XP alone.
Level 1 matters more than its 50 spins suggest. Both cashback and rakeback rules say they become available once you reach loyalty level 1, so those first 5 XP switch on the two refunds that run for as long as you play.
personal manager by email or WhatsApp
A personal VIP manager you reach by email or WhatsApp. Playfina names [email protected] as the contact for Lounge members. No response time is promised, so judge the service by the first few replies.
high roller up to 50% from A$1,540
High Roller bonus of up to 50% for deposits of A$1,540 or more, plus offers the casino calls tailored. Their wagering is not published.
faster payouts for VIP players
Express withdrawals are promised for VIPs, but Playfina gives no processing time for them on its public pages. Verification still applies, and the KYC policy allows up to 30 working days.
What are the seven VIP statuses?
Seven statuses split the 175 levels unevenly. Bronze covers levels 1–10, Silver 11–27 and Gold 28–50. Sapphire is the widest band, 51–90. Platinum runs 91–125, Ruby 126–160 and Diamond 161–175.
The status is what you actually feel. Bronze gets 1% cashback and rakeback, Gold 3%, Ruby 7%, Diamond 10%.
The band widths also tell you where most players stop. Bronze is ten levels and its XP is published. Sapphire alone is forty levels, and nothing about its XP is public.
The cash value of a status shows best in the caps. On Bronze, monthly cashback stops at A$460 and weekly rakeback at A$310. On Platinum the two caps are A$1,540 and A$770. On Diamond they reach A$15,990 and A$7,999. The rate rises ten times from bottom to top, the cashback cap almost thirty-five times.
What does the VIP Lounge add?
The Lounge is the personal layer. Playfina describes a dedicated manager, bonuses built around your play, high roller offers and express withdrawals, reached through [email protected].
What it does not describe is the door. There is no public deposit or XP threshold for an invitation. The one hard number on the VIP page is the High Roller offer: up to 50% from a single deposit of A$1,540.
Each Lounge promise against the number Playfina actually puts next to it:
| Lounge promise | What is published |
|---|---|
| Dedicated VIP manager | Email or WhatsApp, [email protected] |
| High Roller bonus | Up to 50% on deposits from A$1,540 |
| Tailored bonuses | Described as minimal wagering, no figure |
| Express withdrawals | Promised, no hours stated |
Two of four come with a number. Ask for the other two in writing before you count on them.
| Status | Levels | Monthly cashback | Weekly rakeback |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | levels 1–10 | 1%, max A$460 | 1%, max A$310 |
| Silver | levels 11–27 | 2%, max A$640 | 2%, max A$310 |
| Gold | levels 28–50 | 3%, max A$770 | 3%, max A$310 |
| Sapphire | levels 51–90 | 4%, max A$1,275 | 4%, max A$460 |
| Platinum | levels 91–125 | 5%, max A$1,540 | 5%, max A$770 |
| Ruby | levels 126–160 | 7%, max A$4,790 | 7%, max A$1,540 |
| Diamond | levels 161–175 | 10%, max A$15,990 | 10%, max A$7,999 |
How do I move up the 175 levels?
By betting. XP comes from play, and the table shows how much XP each level needs. The step from one level to the next is the number to watch:
| Level | XP in total | XP from the previous level | Free spins |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 5 | 5 | 50 |
| 2 | 12 | 7 | 50 |
| 3 | 22 | 10 | 50 |
| 4 | 50 | 28 | 50 |
| 5 | 100 | 50 | 50 |
| 6 | 160 | 60 | 50 |
| 7 | 230 | 70 | 60 |
| 8 | 340 | 110 | 60 |
| 9 | 480 | 140 | 60 |
| 10 | 710 | 230 | 60 |
The gaps grow fast. Going from level 9 to 10 takes 230 XP, as much as the first seven levels combined. If the curve keeps that shape, the top of the ladder is far away for most players.
The missing piece is the exchange rate. Playfina does not publish how many dollars of bets make one XP, so we cannot turn A$100 of play into levels for you. The only published bet ratio on the site belongs to the coin shop, where one coin costs A$890 in bets. Do not confuse the two systems: coins buy shop items, XP moves your level.
- Levels 1–6: 50 free spins each, 300 spins in total.
- Levels 7–10: 60 free spins each, 240 more, for 540 across the first ten.
- Level 11 opens Silver status and doubles cashback and rakeback from 1% to 2%.
What is the top prize on the ladder?
A Lamborghini Huracán at level 175. Playfina says the full ladder holds A$2,471,350 in rewards and 4,430 free spins, with the car as the final prize.
Read those totals with care. They add up everything on 175 levels, and only the first ten are shown publicly. The 540 spins on levels 1–10 are already 12% of all free spins on the ladder, which suggests that the higher levels pay mostly in cash rather than spins.
The loyalty page lists FAQ questions on restrictions and on what happens at the maximum level, but no public answers. If the car matters to you, ask the VIP team for the written terms of that prize before you aim for it. For the regular money on the way up, look at the Playfina tournaments as well.
A sober way to use the ladder: take the level 1–10 spins as they come, let the status lift your rakeback from 1% to 2% at level 11, and stop measuring progress in cars. The money that reliably reaches you is the weekly and monthly percentage, not the prize at the far end.
- Ladder total: A$2,471,350 and 4,430 free spins, by Playfina's count.
- Final prize: Lamborghini Huracán on level 175, Diamond status.
- Unknown: XP per dollar, whether XP expires, and the terms of the car prize.
Playfina FAQ
How does Playfina pick VIP players?
You join the loyalty program by playing: 5 XP makes you level 1. The VIP Lounge is separate and personal. Playfina gives [email protected] as its contact, but no public entry threshold. The High Roller offer starts at a single A$1,540 deposit.
How many Playfina VIP tiers are there?
175 levels in seven statuses, from Bronze VIP on levels 1–10 to Diamond VIP on 161–175. Only the XP for the first ten levels is published, from 5 XP to 710 XP. Playfina adds that the full ladder pays A$2,471,350 and 4,430 free spins, ending with a Lamborghini Huracán.
Is VIP cashback real money?
Partly. Cashback and rakeback arrive half at once and half the next day, but both carry x40 wagering, a A$8 bet cap and a 7-day expiry. Until wagered, it is bonus money. Earlier Playfina wording split the same payout as 50% cash and 50% bonus, which does not match the x40 rule on the current page; plan for the stricter version.
Does Playfina XP expire?
The public pages do not say. The loyalty FAQ lists a question on how often progress is updated, without a visible answer. Ask the VIP team before you plan around it.
Can I be moved to a lower tier?
Playfina does not publish a demotion rule. The status table only shows which levels belong to each status, and the loyalty FAQ's question on restrictions has no public answer. A drop from Silver to Bronze would halve your rakeback rate from 2% to 1%, so the rule is worth knowing. Get any downgrade policy in writing from support, ideally by email so you keep a record.
